Live sample · City of Taylor, May 2021 – today
Taylor, in one page.
What Taylor's council has approved since six months before Samsung announced, counted once per development from the staff reports and ordinance exhibits, not press releases.
Example of the catch: one Council memo described a 99-acre neighborhood plan as 1,151 homes. The plan's own program table says 702. We count from the source table.
What subscribers get
The agenda packet, already read for you.
Parcel and corridor alerts Core
Draw an area or list your parcels. When a plat, rezoning, SUP or agreement is filed nearby, you get an email the day the agenda posts — not the week after the vote.
The weekly report
Every Tuesday: what was filed, what passed, what was denied or tabled, and what's on next week's agendas across the county. Five minutes to read.
A file on every project
Status, acreage, applicant and engineer, every meeting with the vote, the exact packet pages, the video, and the water, wastewater and road plans around the site.
The pipeline in numbers
Approved-but-unbuilt units and square feet by city and use, and a flag on projects with no city activity in two years — the ones that may never get built.
Built for
People whose work depends on what gets approved.
Developers & builders
Competing supply, what council approves and denies, and how long entitlement really takes in each city.
Land & commercial brokers
Who is assembling land, what's coming next to your listings, and who the owners and applicants are.
Civil engineers & surveyors
Which plats and plans are moving, who the engineer of record is, and where the shot clock stands.
Lenders, title & appraisers
Absorption and pipeline context for the deal in front of you.
Site selectors
Industrial, data center and retail sites with utilities, ETJ status and approvals side by side.
Investors
Where the rooftops and jobs are actually approved, not just announced.

Questions
Straight answers.
Where does the data come from?
Public records: each city's P&Z and council agendas, agenda packets, minutes and meeting video, plus county appraisal parcels and city GIS layers. Every entry links to the source page so you can check it.
How current is it?
Agendas are pulled as they post, usually several days before the meeting, and outcomes are updated from the minutes and video after each meeting.
How is this different from reading the agendas myself?
A single Taylor packet can run 500+ pages. We pull out the items that matter, find the unit and square-foot counts in the staff report, tie them to the parcel, and track the case through every meeting until it's built or dead.
When does it launch?
Taylor is built now. Accounts and alerts open to founding members first, then Hutto, Georgetown and Round Rock are added in the order founding members ask for them.
Can I share it with my team?
Pro is one person. The Team plan covers up to five seats with shared watchlists.
Is this legal or investment advice?
No. It's an organized record of public meetings and documents. Always confirm with the city before relying on any single entry. The publisher is active in Williamson County real estate.
